Shipping Policy

Most orders will be sent out via courier within 2 business days, most often the following business day. We will update your order with a tracking number following shipping.

Auckland orders may sent by courier or may be delivered directly by 3DCreationNZ and will receive a text message upon delivery.

Printer purchases: we organise shipping after you place an order for a printer. See printer description for shipping estimates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Order cancellations can be processed if the order has not yet shipped.
